Who is JJ Royer?

JJ has traveled the world capturing beautiful scenery that demands to be seen. Her main concentration is Florida, though, where the beaches, wildlife, and beautiful skies are like nowhere else! 

She takes her gorgeous images and prints them on aluminum, which enriches the color and brings out distinct details. Then she handcrafts wooden frames out of repurposed wood for each piece, taking the time to enhance the texture and grain using hand tools. 

Once the wood frame is distressed, JJ paints each frame by hand. She uses the tones of the picture to inspire her palette and precisely mixing colors to match the image. The finishing touch comes in the form of metal adornments that she's salvaged from old buildings or discovered by rummaging through antique stores!

The result is an exquisite piece of beachy decor that you will fall in love with every time you gaze at it!
